Brian applies his background in business, leadership development, and the behavioral sciences to help leaders develop new insights, modify unproductive behaviors, build critical skills, and prepare for new challenges.
He has provided leadership and talent development consulting to the financial services, pharmaceutical, and fashion retail industries.
In his twelve years with JetBlue Airways, Brian designed and led leadership, talent, and organizational development initiatives that helped shape JetBlue’s unique leadership culture. It is this leadership culture that helped place JetBlue near the top of the Forbes list of "America's Best Employers” 2015 and 2016 and win 12 consecutive JD Power Awards for Customer Service.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in the areas of operations, finance, and purchasing, providing him with a well-rounded business perspective.
